Appellate CJA Practice and Resources
Log in to eVoucher
The circuit has adopted an online system called eVoucher to facilitate reimbursement under the Criminal Justice Act. The system was developed by the Nevada district court and is used by other courts across the country. Below are resources to permit use of the system to file eVouchers in the Court of Appeals. eVoucher version 6.10 (released May 2024) introduced a new sign-in method using Login.gov. eVoucher version 6.11 (coming March 2025) will introduce a self-service Vendor Manager System (VMS) that allows attorneys and experts to enter and update their own tax and bank information for electronic funds transfer (EFT). Please note that court staff cannot do this for attorneys and experts. Updated training materials are below. Use the Online Help once signed in to eVoucher for more information.
